ClearEntry Locksmith LLC · Effective Date: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at clearentrylock.com and the locksmith services provided by ClearEntry Locksmith LLC ("ClearEntry," "we," "us," or "our").
By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, accepting an estimate, authorizing work, or otherwise using our locksmith services, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms. Use of our website is also subject to these Terms where applicable.
ClearEntry Locksmith LLC is an insured mobile locksmith providing residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services in Southwest Florida.
Our service area includes:
Service outside these areas may be available but must be confirmed by ClearEntry.
Our services may include:
Specific service capabilities depend on the type of lock, hardware, property, vehicle, required equipment, technician availability, and other circumstances. ClearEntry must confirm that a particular requested service can be performed.
We are a mobile locksmith service and travel to customer locations. We do not operate a public retail storefront.
ClearEntry's regular business hours are:
Regular business hours do not guarantee that a technician or live team member will be immediately available.
After 7:00 PM Eastern Time, callers may not be able to reach a live team member immediately even though ClearEntry's regular business hours continue until 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday.
Emergency, Sunday, or other service outside regular availability may occasionally be available, but it is not guaranteed. ClearEntry must confirm technician availability before any emergency, Sunday, or after-hours service is considered accepted or scheduled.
ClearEntry does not guarantee 24-hour or 24/7 locksmith availability.
All services are subject to technician availability, location, travel conditions, safety considerations, authorization requirements, equipment and parts availability, and the nature of the requested work.
Pricing for locksmith services varies depending on the specific circumstances of each job.
Any price, estimate, or service charge must be confirmed by a ClearEntry technician or authorized team member.
When an estimate is provided before work begins, the customer must approve the applicable price before the authorized work is performed.
Pricing may depend on factors including:
If additional work or materials become necessary after work begins, we will explain the additional cost and obtain customer approval before proceeding with that additional work when reasonably practicable.
Automated systems, website tools, and AI receptionists are not authorized to independently quote or guarantee locksmith pricing unless an amount has been expressly approved and configured by ClearEntry.
We accept credit cards, cash, and Zelle.
Before providing locksmith services, the customer must be the lawful owner of the property or vehicle or have lawful authority to request access or work.
We may require reasonable proof of identity, ownership, occupancy, or authorization, including:
We may refuse, suspend, or stop service if we cannot reasonably verify that the person requesting service is legally authorized to request the work.
By requesting service, you represent and warrant that you are legally entitled to access or authorize work involving the property, vehicle, lock, key, device, or security system involved.
Appointments and service requests are subject to confirmation and technician availability.
Submission of a website form, conversation with an automated receptionist, voicemail, text message, phone request, or appointment inquiry does not by itself guarantee that a technician has been assigned or dispatched.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted through an authorized ClearEntry scheduling process or confirmed by a ClearEntry team member.
Any arrival time or service window provided is an estimate unless ClearEntry expressly states otherwise. Arrival times may be affected by:
A technician should not be considered "on the way" unless ClearEntry has actually confirmed dispatch.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone, suspend, or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, inaccessible, or otherwise inappropriate.
ClearEntry may use automated systems, including artificial-intelligence-powered voice technology, to assist with inbound telephone calls when our team is unavailable or unable to answer immediately.
An automated or AI receptionist may assist with tasks such as:
Automated systems do not independently guarantee technician availability, emergency availability, service acceptance, arrival times, or pricing unless the applicable information has been expressly confirmed by an authorized ClearEntry system or team member.
Where permitted by applicable law, telephone calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed for customer service, quality assurance, training, security, documentation, scheduling, and operational purposes.
Information provided during a call may be stored in ClearEntry's customer relationship management, telephone, scheduling, and communications systems.
ClearEntry Locksmith LLC carries business insurance.
ClearEntry operates in accordance with applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, registrations, permits, licensing requirements, and other legal obligations that apply to the services we perform.
References to ClearEntry being "insured" refer to the business insurance we carry and should not be interpreted as a representation regarding any particular governmental license, certification, or credential.
We strive to perform our services professionally and in a workmanlike manner.
If you believe there is an issue with work we performed, contact us promptly so we can inspect and evaluate the issue.
Any remedy or corrective work is subject to inspection and a determination that the issue resulted from our workmanship rather than:
Any warranty on parts, locks, hardware, key fobs, smart locks, or other products is limited to the applicable manufacturer's warranty unless ClearEntry expressly provides a different written warranty.
We may provide or install products manufactured, maintained, or operated by third parties, including:
